Fig and Balsamic Vinegar Ice Cream

This motherfucker is tasty!

Step up your ice cream game dudes. This ridiculously delicious fig and balsamic vinegar ice cream is melting faces at the Grocery household. I seriously need to think about opening up an ice cream shop because this shit is fire.

We started with dried black mission figs and simmered them in water and Appleton Estates Jamaican rum until they were rehydrated.

Once the vanilla base was done freezing in my Krups hookup we mixed in the figs and added a swirl of reduced balsamic vinegar.

Threw it in the freezer overnight and voilà!
