I live in Japantown so sometimes I eat this for breakfast/brunch. It’s Mentaiko Spaghett. It’s just simple pasta with a light tomato sauce, cod fish roe and some seaweed tossed on top. It’s damn good too. The roe adds an interesting texture but I think the seaweed is what really makes it. Nothing super heavy or oily either. Great for lunch. (more…)
